Great location near Braves game, but room wasn’t ready on arrival.

The fresh seasonal fruits at breakfast were a delight, and I discovered some killer local eats just minutes away. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, and the staff kept the breakfast area stocked like pros.
While the aesthetic took a hit—cracked floors, leaky spots, and some messy breakfast remnants outside—it still felt like a warm, inviting space despite the quirks around.

The breakfast area felt inviting, with a nice selection that helped start our day off right. I appreciated the availability of free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day.
The front desk service during check-in needed better communication.

The hotel provided a remarkably convenient location for my business trip, with close proximity to the Cumberland Mall. The breakfast options were extensive, featuring fresh waffles, a variety of fruits, hot eggs, and sausage, all of which contributed to a great start to my day. The staff was professional and attentive, making check-in a smooth process and promptly addressing my needs throughout my stay.
No complaints to note during my stay.

missingWrote a review on Sept 30convenient locationextensive breakfastmaintenance issues
The hotel sits conveniently near the bustling Cumberland Mall, making it easy to grab supplies or a bite without venturing far. Breakfast selection includes fresh waffles and hot eggs, adding a nice touch to the morning routine.
Unfortunately, several maintenance issues overshadowed the stay. The tub dripped incessantly even after maintenance declared it fixed, and a noticeable odor lingered after their visit. Additionally, cleanliness fell short with hair found in the tub, stains on furniture, and a general appearance of wear. The room itself was dated, with chipped furniture and peeling wallpaper, which didn’t match the price point. Nights were less restful due to persistent noise from other rooms and an uncomfortable lack of hot water.

The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast options available every morning, which had everything from fresh waffles to sausages and fruit. The room was clean and ready upon check-in, contributing to a peaceful stay. My only complaint would be that the carpets could use a bit of a deep clean, as they looked a little worn in areas.

Comfortable beds, delightful breakfast, the fitness center was nice with ample equipment, and the location was superb for exploring nearby attractions and eateries.
The bathroom could use some updates and the service at check-in could be more attentive.

The location is super convenient, just a block from Costco and great restaurants. Really appreciated the evening social with snacks and drinks.
Felt totally relaxed, nothing to complain about.

missingWrote a review on Aug 18convenient locationdecent breakfastcleanliness issues
The hotel sits conveniently near major attractions, which makes popping out to grab a bite or catch some shopping a breeze. The breakfast spread offers a decent variety, with fresh items that can kick-start your day without leaving you searching for sustenance elsewhere.
Upon arrival, things started a bit rocky with a shop vac in our room and cleanliness that left a lot to be desired. The elevators were inconsistent. with one out of order and the other sporting cracked flooring. Stains marred the carpet, blinds, and even the ceiling, giving off more of a truck stop vibe than the quality I expect. The bathroom had some plumbing issues, and hot water took ages to arrive, often too hot when it finally did. With a price tag that felt inflated given the state of the place, I reckon anyone considering this should eyeball some alternatives first.
